Chillin', and keeping up with my favorite college baseball team. Currently ranked #7, and within walking distance! Their bowling team won the national championship today. How can you go wrong with bacon, beer, and chile? Well, actually, pretty easily, if you're low on sleep when you make, which I did to an easier matzoh soup two months after the Kid was born. I think it's funny - a week after you finish your big custom smoker job ;-). So far, the biggest customization I've contemplated is to my TCP - I want it to react better to highly noisy wireless environments. But it's not like we're putting in forty-hour weeks on it. The fun part will be getting the completed assembly on the trailer, shifting it around until we have the trailer/axle balance just right, and then locking it down. But it's not as if we don't have another smoker in the meantime--the one we built three years back. I'll toss you some pics via email later. Right now I'm off to the baseball game.
