Libby found guilty... Is the Vice President next? Will this embolden Fitzgerald? The folks at Fire Dog Lake think so, and the folks at Redstate hope, I mean don't think so.

Meanwhile the hearings go on about the ousted prosecuters and the clusterfuck at Walter Reed. I bet those will end up hurting the GOP a lot more than Libby's perjury.

I'll ask what I asked back 8 years ago regarding the Clinton impeachment and aftermath: Is this really getting us anywhere?

(Do we honestly believe the army's bureacratic redtape is an invention of the Bush administration?)

Huh... Blowjobs versus ousting CIA agents. I am not sure I see the parallel. Yes, I think sending the message to future administrations that this is inappropriate activity is worth it, and I find it much more serious than it "depends on what the meaning of is, is." Just me.

For the record, Lewis wasn't convicted for"outing" a CIA agent (no one was indicted on that charge). Lewis was convicted for saying one thing one time then another another time.

Likewise, Clinton's impeachment wasn't about "blow jobs" but saying on thing one time then another thing another time.

And it was Armitage who "outed" the CIA agent to begin with, not Cheney or Libby or anyone else in the administration.

Libby got in trouble for playing cute with the FBI and a federal prosecutor. Not a smart thing to do, especially when you have nothing to hide.
