January 13, 2006Jefferson Staffer IndictedRon points out that amidst the Abramoff scandal we have forgotten that Democratic Congressman Bill Jefferson is in some hot water: This week, a top Jefferson (D-LA) aide pled guilty to corruption charges. It's only a matter of time before Jefferson himself is indicted on bribery, kickback, tax fraud or other similar corruption charges. Well, this just proves the point that all Democrats are corrupt liars. Furthermore, this further shows that there is a culture of corruption within the party of FDR that is cancerous to our society. All roads to hell are paved with Democrats. Corruption is spelled D-E-M-O-C-R-A-T. We need to throw these bums out of office and elect clean handed Republican politicians, the kind with halos over their head, who would never do anything like this I call on you all to go by a t-shirt with a half-assed political statement on it, pointing out the evil doing of all Democrats. Most importantly, every time a Democrat speaks, assume that he or she is only trying to pull you into their web of misconception and illegal behavior. Don't approach any idea that those "jack-asses" propose with an open mind, it's all lies, lies I tell you. Oh, just kidding... A little Friday ribbing. Comments
LOL! Whew. I thought you were channeling Ann Coulter there for a moment. But if it's half-assed t-shirts you want, you might try these. My own personal favorite is "Feminism is the radical notion that feminists are women." As Professor Farnsworth would say "Eh, what?' I've known some guys who are feminists; does that mean they're women? And what about Zira, my favorite character from the Planet Of The Apes series? (OK, my favorite used to be Cornelius, but I've matured since then) Does her feminist stance make her a woman or a chimpanzee? (Granted, the chimpanzees tend to be the bleeding heart liberals of the Ape world, but still...) We sci-fi/polysci nerds demand to know! Posted by: Blue Jean at January 13, 2006 09:34 PMSadly, many partisan politicos and casual observers alike tend to have this narrowed-minded point of view...even though they'll deny it and pretend to be above it. Strong Partisans and ideologues are irrational when it comes to politics. Posted by: John at January 14, 2006 12:53 PM |
