Merry christmas to you and everyone at centerfield. Unfortunately, it appears as if your prayers will go unanswered.

Only hours after Donald Rumsfeld departed Iraqi air space, a fueld truck, wired with explosives, detonated in downtown Baghdad. As of this writing, nineteen people have perished. Thankfully, none of the dead are Americans.

As the violence ramps up, all Americans must remember that the people doing the killing could not care less about th well being of the Iraqi people. They could care less about the well being of that nation. They are killers, thugs, and cowards. They are the worst members of that society and some of the worst beings in the entire human race.

While disagreement and discussion will continue about America's role in world policing and politics. we must not let these people influence our thinking. Any opinions we form, must be the result of thoughtful deliberation on our parts. Not horrid images produced by these pathetic individuals.

With that stated, I again want to thank everyone here who has visited our site and Centerfield for including us in their blog roll. While we are merely in our beginning, I am sure that 2005, 2006 and the subsequent years will be both promising and fulfilling.

I hope that all of you will join our Revolution 06 effort after January 2. I also hope that all of you will patronize our blog and make it as productive as this great community has become. Thank you everyone!
