THANK YOU RICK!

Hurray for our man at the convention, for working hard on getting out his observations, and even sacrifcing his health on our behalf....

I think your choices on things to cover were pretty good. You're right - even when I've watched whole conventions on cable, I had little if any idea of all the events surrounding the convention, and I thought your line of inquiry was pretty interesting.

I vote we double his salary!

I say we triple it!

You're very welcome.

I recommend the experience. In fact, I'd like to work out a way for Centerfield to become routinely credentialed to cover other events. That way, if Centerfielders wanted to attend political events in say Texas, Minnesota, or Missouri, they could do so with press credentials which would give them more access.

I think you did an excellent job rick! Thanks a lot for your hard work.

Sounds like a great idea, Rick, and I second it.

Outstanding job, Rick. I really enjoyed your convention reports.

We really got a sense, I think, for the value of participating -- talking to folks, sharing views, etc.

I also want to commend Rick for an outstanding job.

I agree with the above, Rick, you were awesome!

I agree as well. Excellent coverage that was informative.

I used exactly two resources to get coverage of the entire Democratic Convention - PBS and Centerfield. Props all around. I feel like I've been well served as a news consumer and as a voting citizen.

Thanks!
